Shipping policy

We use USPS first class and priority shipping. Shipments in warm months will arrive in a thermal protected envelope with small ice pack to prevent melting of the caramels. In temperatures above 70 degrees F, the product should be promptly brought indoors after delivery and kept in a cool place. If the caramels are too soft, refrigerating will firm them back up and can also extend shelf life. They are best eaten at room temperature.
